Question: missed court date. was ill. do i have anything to worry about?
was very ill throwing up experiencing pain throughout the night before and day through my court date and went to the er on the day of the court date. i would have went sooner but the only one to take me was my mom who goes to rehab for a brain injury. i called the court told them i was ill and was going to go to the doc when my mom home which i did and they told me to fax the paper When i got it. i was diagnosed with colitis did a catscan to make sure nothing was wrong with my appendix.
i just wanna make sure i did enough to submit the papers to the court and they will reschedule my traffic court date. thank you!
You’ll be fine. Traffic court is usually fairly reasonable on such matters. Follow up in a couple of days after sending in the docs to make sure they got them and set a new date.
Yes you should be fine. Traffic court for the most part is not a big deal. They will just reschedule your date.
